A cultivation lab consisting of two buildings. Each building serving a specific purpose. One of the buildings is designed to provide an employee area, a clone plant room, as well as a harvesting area. The other building is used as the main cultivation lab.

Modification and renovation for an existing theater built in 1930s. The theater is located in Glendale, California. The project started when the new owner approached us to help them bring back life to the abandoned theater. Installation of a giant pyramid skylight at the main lobby entry is the major act of modification done to the old building. The theater space will also undergo a major renovation as well as a new ceiling design in order to compliment the changes to the lobby space.
